ENRIQUE TSOU, B. Eng (EE), FFSF,

Enrique Tsou, a former corporate executive with over 25 years of experience, began his career as an Instrument Engineer after earning his degree from Simón Bolivar University in Venezuela. His leadership and problem-solving skills took him across South America, Spain, and Singapore, where he eventually settled. Despite his corporate success, Enrique sought a deeper purpose. Accredited by Bob Proctor’s “The Science of Getting Rich” and “The Goal Achiever” programs, as well as his studies with Tony Robbins, he embarked on a transformative journey to help others unlock their potential and live authentically. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Mandarin, Enrique combines his international upbringing and education to connect with diverse audiences worldwide.

Building on the principles of “The Science of Getting Rich,” Enrique curated impactful programs such as Whisper of the Universe (WOU), Power of the Universe (POU), and Life Dynamics (LD). He also provides business coaching through the 80/20 series, incorporating frameworks like the Money Triangle, Six Needs, Gallup Strength, and DISC assessments. With expertise in men’s grooming, dining etiquette, and behavioral change, Enrique has empowered over 30,000 students to achieve breakthroughs in relationships, business, and personal growth. His coaching and programs continue to inspire individuals to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

SHEILA WONG, AICI CIP, FFSM

Sheila Wong is a transformative force in personal branding, having empowered over 70,000 individuals across 180 corporations. With expertise in grooming, etiquette, communication, fine dining, body language, and Fashion Feng Shui, Sheila blends cultural insights with a global educational background spanning Great Britain, Australia, France, and the USA.

As the Founding President of AICI Malaysia and Conference Chair for AICI’s 3rd Asia Conference, Sheila has led the image consulting field with distinction. She pioneered the Professional Image Consultant Certification course, endorsed by esteemed institutions like the London College of Corporate Learning.

Trained by an English aristocrat and steeped in Parisian culture, Sheila’s refined approach has shaped image consultants and leaders globally. Her Train-the-Trainer programs have benefited organizations like Air Asia, Mary Kay, and Amway, while she has certified over 100 consultants in Malaysia and Singapore.

An acclaimed speaker and author of GROOM OR BROOM, YES, YOU CAN LOOK SLIMMER, and 21 DAYS OF ETIQUETTE, Sheila has captivated audiences worldwide, including engagements in Chicago, Manila, Zhongshan, Macau, Bangkok, and Brunei. Featured in leading publications and media, her work has been trusted by corporations such as Maybank, Shell, Novartis, and Tiffany & Co.

In 2011, Sheila was awarded the AWARD OF EXCELLENCE from AICI in Orlando in recognition of her success to bring up the professional standards of image consulting practice in the Asian region.

Additionally, in 2025, Sheila has been bestowed the title of Fashion Feng Shui Master Facilitator, overseeing the Asian market for Fashion Feng Shui Trainer certification.

Sannice Wong, Deputy Head of Trainings at SWET Image International, integrates fashion into the company’s image consulting services. As a certified Image Consultant, Fashion Feng Shui Facilitator, and Personal Image Coach for SWET programs, she has led training sessions for corporate clients such as Great Eastern, UOB, and Bossard, and co-trained for companies like CIMB, OSK, IJM, Petronas, Apex Securities, and many more. Sannice is also the Lead Trainer for SWET’s Chinese Up Your IQ signature program. With her HRDC Trainer certification, she continues to inspire transformations, empowering individuals to unlock confidence, express authenticity, and radiate their inner brilliance.

Dednise Lai, brings over 14 years of management experience across Southeast Asia, with a strong foundation in systems thinking, training, and stakeholder engagement. Known for her extensive network and dynamic energy, Dednise now leads SWET’s outreach to educational institutions, associations, and corporations, strategically positioning our image and branding programs for wider recognition and impact. Her deep understanding of branding, communication, and market behaviour makes her a key driver in expanding SWET’s visibility and partnerships. Passionate about empowerment, Dednise champions our mission by creating high-impact events and cultivating meaningful collaborations across industries.

ESTER LOH, PICC, ACIC

Ester Loh, Chief Image Stylist and Deputy Head of Merchandise at SWET, brings over 15 years of expertise in image consulting, makeup artistry, and personal styling. A certified Image Consultant and Professional Makeup Artist, Ester is renowned for her exceptional skills in makeup, hairstyling, and creative makeovers. She serves as the lead instructor for SWET’s Image Stylist Course, sharing her vast experience, which includes working with beauty pageants and fashion models. As a Personal Image Coach, Ester empowers clients through holistic transformations, combining styling and branding to enhance confidence. Wearing two hats, she also excels as SWET’s Customer Service Officer, ensuring impeccable client experiences.

JOEY HOW, PICC, ACIC

Joey How brings over two decades of business management and administrative experience, now channelled into driving the growth of SWET’s fashion and product lines. Her love for dressing up led her to attend a comprehensive personal image coaching class with SWET, igniting her passion for transformation. She went on to become a certified Image Consultant, Head of Merchandise, Image Stylist, and Fashion Feng Shui® Facilitator. Known for her creative flair and eye for aesthetics, Joey curates merchandise that aligns beauty with purpose, helping individuals look and feel gorgeous while representing the soul and style of the SWET brand, with Soul-To-Style.

TAN HUI MUN, PICC, ACIC, FFSF

Tan Hui Mun, an auditor turned image consultant, believes a confident and respectful image is key to success. Inspired by SWET’s workshops, she embraced personal branding, transforming her career and helping others do the same. Her qualifications include PICC endorsed by the London College of Corporate Learning. ACIC endorsed by WMU, and Fashion Feng Shui Facilitator.  Hui Mun co-trains with Sheila Wong on Personality Style Dressing 101 and has led corporate image trainings for MCIS, UOB, and Bossard. Since 2023, she has coached SWET’s premium clients and assisted in training corporations like Petronas, RHB and IJM. Hui Mun is passionate about unlocking potential through style.

ELIEEN ANG

Elieen Ang brings over a decade of experience across customer service, sales, and administrative leadership. She began her career in customer relations at Toshiba before progressing to account management at First Tech, where she drove client satisfaction and sales performance. After two years in the UK, Elieen joined SWET in 2012 and rose steadily through the ranks, from Admin Assistant to Admin Manager, and now leads operations, administration, and finance. Her keen eye for detail, strategic mindset, and dedication to excellence make her a pivotal force behind SWET’s internal efficiency and organizational growth.

GAN KWEE CHOO, PICC, ACIC

Image Motivator, Gan Kwee Choo earned her professional certification as an image consultant and stylist, that are endorsed by London College of Corporate Learning and Wilmington Metropolitan University, USA. She co-trained under SWET for Great Eastern, guiding 200 insurance agents on etiquette. She frequently speaks on image-related topics at schools and associations and is the co-trainer for SWET's UYIQ Chinese program. A special guest speaker on Radio Televisyen Malaysia (AIFM), she is also an HRDC-certified trainer.

Michelle Chow, coming from a successful private banker background, built exceptional client relationships based on trust and professionalism. Inspired by her personal transformation at SWET, she pursued certification as an image consultant and stylist. Passionate about helping others, she now serves as a stylist in SWET's image coaching classes, guiding others in their image transformation journey.

Jaime Yong brings 32 years of professional experience across administration, advisory, and leadership roles in both corporate and diplomatic settings. Certified in Professional Image Consulting (SWET, LCCL-UK & WMU-US), Jaime is instrumental in coordinating, overseeing, and administering the delivery of Image Branding certification and vocational skills training in Image Styling. With her strength in organization and cross-cultural communication, she ensures training operations run smoothly and supports trainers and learners in achieving program excellence. Jaime’s holistic and structured approach helps equip aspiring image professionals with the confidence, tools, and credibility to grow in the industry.
